Envisioned by Corey Jones and brought to life by team 76, the Seventy Six brings the first of its kind ESG-Grade real estate development project to Albany, New York. With the creation of healthful and sustainable housing this mixed-use development project is planned with double net zero features, green spaces, passive environmental principles and indoor environmental air qualities.
